BitStay lists and manages properties on behalf of contracted owners. Bookings made on this site are between the guest and BitStay as managing agent.

Cancellations follow the policy shown at checkout. Owners receive payouts after the agreed commission. BitStay may cancel a stay if a property becomes unavailable and will refund in full in that case.

Do not use this site to submit false booking details. Guest data is used only to fulfil the stay and communicate with the owner’s management team.
